Because I can't justify spending £2k on a system for the bedroom (she would go mental), I've decided to get a 2nd hand Linn Classik and some AVI Neutron III speakers. Space is very tight and the speakers will have to perch on top of a marble fireplace mantelpiece and positioned only about 3-4cm from the walls, not ideal, but would welcome your thoughts on this.
