FM Radio suggestions pls

Hello All,

Currently, i am in Germany on business assignment for some time.

I want to buy a fantastic sound quality FM radio for my wife. It will be used mainly in kitchen but size is not a contraint.

i read a lot through internet but only got confused.

need your suggestion for:

1. FM radio

2. Stereo sound preferred

3. warm and room filling sound preferred

4. budget: till 200 - 300 euros.

i don't need any extras like internet radio, or bluetooth or DAB.

thanks for this suggestion. i had audition of this model in mediamarkt but i was really not impressed with the sound quality though finishing was really good.

i am considering now, bayan soundbook X3 and Cambridge Audio Go radio.

i am considering now, bayan soundbook X3 and Cambridge Audio Go radio.

Bit of a corkscrew idea: If you don't mind buying a s/hand amp and speakers, this'll fill your kitchen. FM/AM only and sounds fab for a budget model. I should know -- I owned this model for 30-something years. And it's in Germany as well.

yes, i do not want bluetooth or internet radio.

but i think the sound quality is more room filling in soundbook X3 or am i wrong?

please don't kill me for saying this but i like the sound of bose systems. even the bose soundlink mini sounded fantastic to me.

thanks for the suggestion. i agree but this setup would be too much for kitchen.
