Fill patington super dreadnought or not

Should partington super dreadnoughts be filled with sand atacama artrabites or used unfilled for optimum sound

There's no way to answer that question, there's too many variables, which speakers are you using, the floor they're standing on, etc etc...

I will be putting the stands on top of granite chopping boards as it is suspended wooden floor. Soeakers im looking at spendor or neat range

In general I have found that filling the speakers makes it sound a bit dull and not filling it sounds brighter...you can therefore tweak your setup by varying the amount of filling material. I have only used sand and cannot comment on how other materials would fare.
