Fair price for B&W CM2s / places to advertise hifi kit

Hi,

I will shortly be trying to sell a pair of 9 year old, mint condition B&W CM2 standmount speakers and stands. I have two questions where I'd appreciate some help:

1. What would be a fair guide/reserve price for these? I have no feel for resale values for kit like this.

2. What are the best places to advertise such kit, aside from eBay?
