Expert advice sought - TV compatibility issues

We are looking to buy a Sony KDL-32P3020 and wonder whether it'll work properly in other countries in Europe, as we'll move soon to Germany or Luxemburg.

A couple of weeks ago I got a comment that perhaps the analogue tuner wouldn't work there as they do not use PAL system. The digital tuner shouldn't present any problem. If anyone could further confirm or comment on this, that'll be of great help as we really wish to go for it as soon as possible.

should be fine my UK bought Sammy works in Sweden and the sony can be set to work in the UK. the problems were with the sound with the old CRT's.

Europe used pal every where.
