Not used them directly, but i currently have a price match claim in with John Lewis using them as the source of the price.

According to members on another forum, previous price match claims have been honoured.

So if you're not sure about buying from them, there's potentially another option. (Although i assume John Lewis have to carry the model before you can price match it).
