dvd lens cleaner. blu ray compatible??.

I have a dvd lens cleaner disc. it says for dvd players only but i want to use it on my ps3( a blu ray player) are there special blu ray cleaning discs or will this disc be fine???? i dont want to damage my blu-ray lens. bearing in mind i think most blu-ray machines play dvd dont they??? cheers for any answers

Im pretty sure you cant use the DVD lens cleaners with the brushes attached to the disc in slot loading players anyway.

I use a brush type CD disc cleaner in my slot type car CD player and it works great. I would have thought it would be OK.

good point...both of u.. hmm who knows???? dont want to cause damage to it. i think ill have to leave it unless someone is sure..
