Dune hd base 3D problem.

Hi there,

I am having problem with my dune hd base 3D. It stopped playing music properly. When listening to 2 channel audio it sounds very very low. Also FLACS. It only plays multichannel audio properly at normal listening level. Yesterday i did a firmware upgrade and i don't know whether if it is connected to that, but today i did downgrade, because i was thinking it has something to do with it. But no result. I have no idea what to do. Thanks.

Have any settings changed? How old is it? Still under warranty?

No haven't changed any settings. It 2 years old. Not sure about warranty.
