dropped sub!

i am in the process of setting up surround sound and whilst taking the sub out the box i managed to drop it back into the box from about 1m.

are these things sturdy or have i screwed it already?

it still powers on fine, but i have yet to complete the set up so cant test it!

i take it theres a decent chance it could be a little broken?

I reckon it'll be fine. Subs are exceptionally well braced, but you'll have to get it set up before you know for sure...

Hopefully, if you can't see any damage you'll be fine. If anything would get hurt, I guess it'd be the driver(s).

Ooh (wince) not a nice feeling. Was it still in the packaging? If so that may have protected it. Hopefully it will work fine... fingers crossed.
