Click on your name and click "settings". Scroll down and you'll see an option to upload a pic for your avatar.

Or if you've already set a picture you click your name then just click your avatar and or brings the upload box up.

Click on your name, then click on your avatar, -to change it, you will need to delete your current avatar first though before you upload a new one.
