dodgy tuner input

Hiya. Hoping someone can offer some advice, i have just got a tuner and when connected to the tuner ports on my amp the sound comes through when other sources are selected unless i switch off the tuner. I have tried my mini disc connected to tuner port and it does the same. Could the amp be at fault, Nad c370? Thanks Stuart.

i had a similar problem with my old arcam amp, that sorted itself by taking the cables in and out repeatedly and blowing in the port etc.

Looking at the back, are you using the fifth par of sockets counting from the left? If so, try using aux instead.
