Do you recognize this cable?

I know this is a long shot but do you recognize this? Hopefully this photo comes out alright (damn computers). I have no idea what it is except it cost about 9 or 11 £ per/m and is silver stranded. Unfortunatley the shop I bought it from has now gone and I just want to know it's charactoristics.

I know you have probably looked but is there a brand name on the cable?? Or any other details at all??

Unfortunately not. Its pretty thin stuff, not much space for markings. The red polarity line is the only detail. I thought it would be abit of a long shot!
