I certainly hope so. As you know gel that's the point where I will seriously consider an upgrade but I think the wait will be a bit longer for one of those in the UK.
It seems like only LG will be able to make that dream come true.

This can only be good news and points to OLED being far from dead. If the cost of production comes down then I would hope the cost of sets would too but then it could just mean that LG would enjoy a higher profit margin in the short to medium term until the tech is more mainstream.
All I'm interested in is if it means 4K OLED sets will appear any sooner? There was no mention of it in that or any of the articles on the news sadly.
