Difference between Panasonic th-37px70 and th-37px70ED

Hello...

could anyone tell me the difference between the 2 panasonic plasma tellys; the th-37px70 and the th-37px70ED, apart from the 100 quid extra charged for a stand on the former.

Sounds like the retailer has just added the extra letters at the end to distinguish between the stand and non-stand options.

I thought that but the one wthout the ED is 700 inc stand and the one with the ED is 600 with stand

Bizarre! When I look at those links, both are showing at £593.91 - the first one then offers the ability to buy one with a pedestal for an extra £100, whereas the second one has this included. They're both the same TV so go for the second one!

You realise, the pedestal needs to go on a proper stand otherwise it'll just be a few inches above the floor don't you?

what a con, most companies just sell TH37PX70PED which includes the pedestal... but some do the screen on its own for slightly less
