I have a Denon RCD-M35DAB cd/tuner.

When I set the presets for my preferred stations, all is well if I switch off and leave the unit on standby, if I go on holiday and switch off at the mains I loose the lot, which is a pain, I would have thought it should have a battery to keep such things in the memory!

Is there anything I can do to overcome this, or just live with it.

Thanks.

My RCD-M37 does the same thing... Right pain in the behind. Memory doesn't go immediately, as I unplug it when I need to charge the phone up or do some hoovering if there's no spare sockets, so there must be a battery in there, just doesn't last very long.

I suppose you could get one of those 24hr timer plugs and have it come on for an hour a day, or something else as equally stupid!
