Denon DVD-2500BT Question

Can someone help me understand the Denon DVD-2500BT transport only player? Can it be played through a av-reciver as it comes or do you need further add on’s. Also will it play dvd-audio through HDMI. What about sound quality or does that come down to the amp your using.

Your Marantz is perfectly capable of accomadating the Denon 2500BT

Your amp just needs to have suitable onboard decoders for HD Audio and the Marantz you have has the ability to decode HD Audio.

Thanks for that.Great as it can be bought for £550 odd at Richer sounds which is a bargain.
