Hi, and hope you can help! I want a headphone amp for my FANTASTIC little unit but it doesn't have a tape loop to connect this to. The manual shows to connect a tape deck use "IN" and "OUT" on Aux 2, so is this going to do the same job or am I barking up the proverbial wrong tree? Thanks in advance guys.

Yes this looks your best bet.

Try it. It is very unlikely to harm anything.

Only problem is that if you want to plug in anything else (your DVD player's audio output maybe) then you are a bit stuck unless you start getting into switch boxes.

DVD output is fine as that goes through Aux 1. Still waiting for a response from Denon and didn't want to buy the kit to find it doesn't work or, just as bad, it doesn't do the same job as a dedicated tape loop connection.
