Deliberation over...upgrade ordered!

After much deliberation and what can only be described as fannying about. Today i ordered my Monitor Audio RX6's to replace my BR2's. They have served me well over the past 2 and a bit years but with a bigger room to fill, and the cash burning a hole in my pocket, i decided to upgrade. And depending on what price they can arrange, i may take a Pioneer LX72 receiver at the same time when i pick them up on Tuesday.

I must say the guys in Peter Tysons know their stuff, and have done me an excellent deal on the speakers. I may order the center as well if they can do a similar discount. Going to upgrade the speaker cable to some Chord carnival silver screen (using rather basic QED original cable at the moment) and have been recommended to bi amp the fronts and bi wire the center channel. Any opinions on this?

Really looking forward to getting it all set up. should give me something to do for a few hours!

I am buying some RX6 very soon, prob before x-mas, what price did they give you?

I sent them an email asking for 20.00 off a RSW12 and they refused.

I don't mind, although this is when someone says they got a better price and i cry. £650. There is a loyalty voucher you get when you buy most things. They offered to take that off and give me the discount instead. Although the voucher is only £90, i didn't argue when he took £100 off!
