Dali Lektor 6 and 8

I have a change to pick these up for 599 or 799 for a pair american dollars. Is this a good price. I see they get very good reveiws here but not one place close to me carries them. Any thoughts on these. Looking to replace my Klipsch RF82 in a misic only room.

Any other choice in speakers uner 1000 dollars a pair. EMP? Kef? Looks like the Focal will be out of my range at almost twice as much.
