Cyrus 2 vs Cyrus 3

Hi all. Is the much difference in the sound between the 2 and the 3.Alot of reviews ive seen say the phono stage on the 3 is inferior but the rest is better.Is this true, as I mainly play vinyl.Any opinions out there?

Mk2 look aweful now plus similar 2nd hand price between them so slightly younger mk3 make more sense to me. (both are ears bleeding bright if I being honest)
