Hi, thanks for the review.
Just an important thing : it's normal that the surround effet isn't so good on ps4 with sxfi because it's only 2.0 like all usb connections on ps4 except official gears.
I tested many surround simulations and the sxfi is the best of them (better than the mobius) but you have to try many different profiles (so take many pictures of your head and ears, thanks to my girlfriend...). But once you have find the good one, stereo and 5/7.1 effets are amazing.
Since the V2 gen of sxfi, clarity is good even with music.
I have a focal clear headset and arche amp and music is more enjoyable on the sxfi amp, sadly. (the sxfi effet is the same than teather headset).
