Control Mac Pro desktop via iPad (Spotify)

I'm just wondering if there is anyway to control my Mac Pro running spotify via an iPad. The Mac is hard wired to a Yaqin 300B C valve amp that drives Peak Consult Princess stand mounted monitors. There is a Dac magic inbetween (will be upgraded soon). I want to be able to control the spotify from my listening area utalising the 96 optut from the Mac and keep the hard cable in place between the sources to keep the sound quality but use the iPad as a control so I can listen at leisure without having to move across to the mac from the best listening position. (Hard life i know!).

Anyone help me or think of a solution.

Some kind of VNC client will allow you to controll your Macs desk

top via the iPad. This will do it...

The best solution I've found is "Remoteless" on the App Store.

You need both the client App, and also the Server side software for your Mac. I've found it to be a great solution.

Thanks - I downloaded splashtop to the ipad and sreamer to the Mac and it works a treat... 🙂

Another thumbs up for remoteless here. The best iPad spotify controller in my opinion. I just wish they'd add album art on the iPad side of things
