I have just purchased a new Rotel RA-1520 which has a total of eight speaker output points (four outputs for speaker A + four speaker outputs B).

Question: if I connected my bi-wired speaker cable across all eight output points (as follows, positive and negative wire for the low frequency to one set of outputs on speaker A (left) and positive and negative wire for the high frequency to one set of outputs from speaker B (left) and the same on the RHS) and selected both speaker A and B, would I obtain any sonic benefits? Or will the difference be negligible?

You probably won't find any difference in sound doing it that way as opposed to connecting everything to the A speaker outputs only.

Its down to trial and error or ease of use if you cannot get all the bi-wire cables into 1 set of binding posts.

How are you finding the amp?
I used to have a Rotel RA 1060, which is the older version of your amp.
They are very conservativly rated at 60w/ch into 8ohm's. They are known to put out 90w/ch@8ohm's.
I sold mine to a friend who drives some Kef reference speakers with it.
