connecting a pc through video output to upscaling dvd player or recorder

hia i have many hours of video on my pc connected to my 32" hd tv,im asking if theres a upscaling dvd player ( preferd ) or recoder that i can connect my pc too by composite,component,svideo,vga,dvi or hdmi video to a video input on a player/recorder that will take signal and upscale it and output it to my tv, audio is not needed as audio on my pc and new to be player/recorder will be sent to my headphone amplifier,i know of graphics cards that now upscale all pc based video files but as im in need of a new stand alone player anyway,thankyou paul .

Maplins sell an upscaler. Not sure of quality. Not aware of any DVD recorders that will upscale the image on the fly without recording it.

Are you sure that your PC isn't doing a degree of upscaling anyway? This isn't the preserve of expensive video cards.
