hi guys,

just a quick question that im sure you can help me out with at the moment im running the following set up;-

* Marrantz SA7001 CD Player

* Marrantz PM6002 Amplifier

* Kef iQ5SE speakers

and im looking to add alittle bit more low end to my set up by introducing a kef psw3500 to the system but my amplifier does not have a subwoofer out and i dont think that the psw 3500 has speaker level inputs so i dont know if it will work on the system that i have.

And on the kef website they have only got the manual for the psw 2500 to dowload and when i looked at it it didnt show wany speaker level inputs...

help please is it possible....????

May seem like a silly question, but have you thought about a different sub to the 3500?

There must be plenty of subs within your price range that do have high level inputs.

I've a PSW 2500 as a part of my Kef KHT2005 system.

You can connect the sub woofer to each of the channels of the pre-out outputs of your amp. It has 2 rca line inputs (one for each channel).The PSW3500 shuold work the same way.

If your amp does not have pre-outs, that's another story.
