Complete rookie need help with setting up my player

So as the title says, I just started collecting LPs and I'm thoroughly enjoying it. Up until now I've borrowed my friends record player but I'm moving to England so It's time to get my own system. I'm set on bying these items:

I'm just wondering what else do i need, I'm looking into amplifiers and cables but I have literally no idea how to approach this and what to do with what. Is there a possibily of any pointers or help on this?

You could do a lot better. Perhaps I could suggest, not knowing your budget, that when you come to the UK you visit a RicherSounds outlet and they'll set you up relatively cheaply.
