change profile picture

This may seem like a rather dumb question but how do 1 change profile picture on 1's whf forum account?

I don't think you can any more.

Profile > Settings > Click on the avatar > Tick the Delete picture box > Choose file > Select your new image from your device > Save.

By ticking that box you delete your old image and replace it with a new one.
