Cartridge advice

I have more or less sorted out my t/t and arm and am looking at upgrading the cartridge. The t/t is an AR with a Rega RB251 arm upgraded with an Origin Live counterweight. The existing cartridge is the Ortofon 305. Which of the following would give me the biggest improvement in soud quality:

Ortofon 2M Red

Grado Prestige Silver/Gold

Sumiko Black Pearl

Would the Sumiko Blue Point II at 3 times the price be a far better option and worth the price difference?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I recall from another post that the Rega arm and the Denon DL 110 work very well together.

Yes, second that. One of the Denon cartridges would be the way to go.
