Canton Vento 870 DC - Opinions

Hi everyone

I found a really good deal on a set of these from a shop just 100 yards away from home, Im going to get a proper audition soon but I just wanted to see if anyone else had some useful experience with these? I cant find a single credible review for them online. What are they like in comparison to some other speakers? They worth a listen? What they like compared to the previous Vento models (its predecessor)?

If you google "Canton Vento review" there are two reviews from other magazines on the current Vento range just not the 870's - one pair of bookshelves and a full 5.1 set-up using the 880's as fronts.

A few months back, the 5.1 system was runner up in best speaker system over £5000 award in another magazine. The MA Platinums that won cost over twice as much so the Canton's must be worth an audition.
