Can someone recommend an optical cable for sky HD

I know that i need a optical cable for sound with sky HD so can someone recommend a decent and not too expensive cable?

PS someone mentioned to me that the QED p-w subwoofer cable was great and a snip at under 30pounds, well futureshop currently have the 3m length for 15pounds!! cashback!
