I want to drive the Atlantic Technology AT 2 http://www.atlantictechnology.com/products/h-pas-speakers/2-h-pas-technology/ with a headphone amplifier, would that be possible? The headphone amplifier says it's 150 watts.

Scroll down to see the wattage http://www.amazon.com/E17-Alpen-Portable-Headphone-Amplifier/dp/B0070UFMOW

I don't see 150W mentioned but it's more likely 150 milliwatts i.e. 0.15W - no it won't drive speakers.

Well not very loud anyway, in fact it would be barely audible.

Simple solution would be a pair of powered or better yet, active speakers. Some very useable models can be had for a little over £100, in the UK anyway. Might depend on where you are based.

As mentioned, pretty much your only option would be as a preamp for powered/active speakers, which I've done. Works pretty well.

Otherwise, maybe not unless you own this

But you can pretty much class it as an integrated amp for the purposes of powering passive speakers.
