cables to use for new system

hi

please could you let me know how to connect the following as there either on their way or about to be ordered and i would like to make sure i have the bits i need ready.

pana th37px80 plasma tv

tosh hd-ep30 hd-dvd / dvd player

sagem DVR64250 freeview PVR

i have a hdmi (the chord co silver plus) and assume its best used to connect the dvd player to the tv but not sure on the rest...

also after settling in the system i will prob add a onkyo 505 av reciever and a surround sound speaker pack, so how would the connections change with the onkyo added?

Yup, HDMI for Tosh to TV and RGB Scart from Sagem to TV.

Once you have your Onkyo, hook the Tosh to the Onkyo, then the Onkyo to the TV using HDMI. The Sagem should remain hooked to the TV using RGB Scart, but you can also connect it to the Onkyo using optical digital for sound.
