Cable connections for Monitor Audio RS6 AV

I have just ordered a MA RS6 AV speaker kit but am not ure of the best connections for the centre, subwoofer and surround rears.

I am planning to biwire the RS6 and centre(?)

Can anyone recommend something suitable for the sub?

With regard to the centre and rears how much rrom is there for the speaker connectors, i.e should I get cable with pre-terminated banana plugs, spade ends or nothing? Wondered how much room there was once the speakers are fixed to the wall?

Speakers will be connected to a Denon AVR 4308 amp.

Any help much appreciated

[/quote] They are big speakers to have fixed to the wall! I have mine biwired with Chord Odyssey 4 speaker cable - these come with pre-terminated banana plugs. It's easier in my opinion to use plugs. Subwoofer, I use a standard woofer cable but Chord Crimson would be fine.
