Buffalo/Sonos system - Standard NAS or Media Server?

I've currently got a Vista laptop full of Apple lossless music, and want to upgrade my system to a wireless multiroom setup. I like the idea of the Philips WACS7500, but it doens't support AAC so that's now off the list.

I'm thinking about getting a Buffalo Link/TeraStation to copy all the music to, and a Sonos Bundle 130 to hook it all up to the wireless network.

The Buffalo Link/TeraStation 'Pro' seem to be standard NAS, but the 'Live' have in addition:

Buffalo PCast Media Server
DLNA™ CERTIFIED Media Server

I'll still be using the laptop iTunes to convert CDs to AAC on the Buffalo, and may occasionally use the laptop iTunes to play music through the laptop speakers (although mostly it'll be laptop off, and the Sonos to play direct from Buffalo).

If I'm using the Sonos bundle to access the AAC on the Buffalo, is there any benefit to using the 'Live' version as opposed to the standard 'Pro' NAS solution?.
