bk subwoofer run in times?

Bought a bk xls200 on friday, got it from bk through there ebay shop so it comes with a free spl meter. Do subwoofer need to be run in? if so for roughly how long?

hope it lives up to my expectations.

Yeah! give 50 hours or so and it will loosen up get louder and faster mmmm! but i dont think you do do anything other than use it normaly too run it in....just sit back and enjoy

Ok 50 hours sounds fine to me. Cant wait to get it set up and so long as it goes fairly lower then my speakers (44hz) I should be a happy man!

I would have your TV on all day on BBC1 or something, turn the amp down and hike the sub up and it should be completly run in by around 50 hours and mostly done by 30.
