Hello, i have a cambridge audio 540a amp, i would like to bi-wire my mission speakers, am i right in saying that u plug 'Speaker A' into the LF of the speakers, and ' Speaker B ' into the HF of the speakers ???

Yeah, that'll be fine. Or you can just run the whole lot off the Speaker A circuit, i.e. two speaker wires connected to each of the four terminals at the amp end. The only benefit of employing both speaker circuits is that it may be less fiddly to wire it up. No difference in sound quality.
