Best speakers and cables for set up???

I'm putting the final touches to a home cinema room. The room is approx 5m by 3m. And the set up so far is:

Projector: InFocus IN80

BluRay: Sony BDP550

Amp: Sony STR2400ES

I'm thinking of getting the KEF KHT3005SE speakers. They have a very good writeup here, and was wondering if they would fit the room (soundwise).

The other issue is cables... I'm going to be running the cables for the front speakers through the ceiling so these would be very long (approx 10m each). I don't want to break the bank getting cables, but I don't want to impair the sound from the speakers either. What would be a good match?

Yes, the 3005s would be fine for that room - but the 5005s would be even better.

Cable? You shouldn't hit any problems with 10m runs - personally I'd go for something like Chord Leyline. It's a professional install cable, designed for just what you want to do, and won't break the bank.
