best speaker cable to use?

hi i have the onkyo 5009 amp monitor audio rx6 av12 speaker package i want to know which is the best speaker cable to use for sound quality with this amp and speakers mainly for movies and some music playing can somebody reply asap please

I just bought 42 meters of Cambridge audio silver micro @ £2.99 a meter seems fine to me, I don't get hung up on cables these days, spent the equiv of around £200 and interconnect in the past and silly money one speaker cable, snake oil most of them IMHO.
