Best receiver under £600

i'm on the look out for my first av receiver, and was excited about the Group test in this months mag, the Onkyo TXSR605 came out on top and it was an amp i had my eye on, unfortunatly when i went to buy one i discovered that it doesn't have a pre-out for the front two channels. This is a problem as i have a bi-amped exposure set up (2010s and power amp) powering my Rs6's and would like to keep that as it is. What av receiver, with preouts would be best with my current set up considering i have a budget up to £600?....

I believe the 705 does have pre-outs. You can buy one for £599 including postage from AV Sales. You'll find them if you search for the product on Kelkoo.co.uk. So that should sort you out!

Hi Gingerking, hope you don't mind me going off topic...Just bought the RS6 speakers and waiting for amp so I can hook them up. On another thread a few people feel this speaker is too bright, what's your view! Just ignore this if you want as it dosn't answer your question-sorry.
