Best Floorstanding speakers for Music

Hi there, I am very confused. Been reading the forums on Internet. But couldn't decide upon anything. I want good stereo speakers for pure music listening. Something that can Do justice with classic rock(PinkFloyd) and also give a lively sound on classics ( Mozart bach etc). My budget is $500.

Currently im using KEF q3's with Onkyo tx-nr609. I heard Bach's cello suite 1 on Bose 901's and was quite impressed. Please help me out ppl.

The options that I have now short listed are KEF iq5 and moniter m35

You need a good amp too! Just go demoing some speakers, take your music with you and then after, demo at home. Kef will be ok, Tannoy, Epos, MA.
