Best amp/DAC under $250 USD?

I recently bought a pair of HiFiMan HE-500 headphones and am looking for a USB amp/DAC combo to run them for under $250 USD. I will also be running a pair of bookshelf speakers, so I will need the DAC or amp to have L&R RCA outputs as well.

My goal is to have an extremely clean, detailed sound with a nuetral response and a lot of headroom for output wattage.

I have found 3 options, though I'm very open to other suggestions.

1.) The Schiit Modi/Magni 2 Uber stack ($260)
2.) Matrix M-stage USB version ($200)
3.) Aune X1 Pro MK2 ($180)

I'd recommend the Schiit combo because it's the only one I have heard.

It is however purely a headphone system and you would need powered bookshelf speakers when you eventually get some.
