What connection do I need between my Blu Ray & PC to get BD LIve up and running.

Nothing. But your player must be connected to the Internet and have the required amount of memory.

It will be in the manual how to connect to he Internet and what to do if you need to add any memory.

Can'y see anything in the manual re conection - it shows some sort of connection but does not specify... clear as concrete....

Well it will either be wire or wireless.

Look for an Ethernet connection on rear of player, connect from here into a spare port on you're router or directly from you're modem.
