Hi I need some opinion. I currently have Evo2-30 running them through a Harman Kardon AVR660. I have been offered a very good deal on B&W CM8 and I want to know if anyone has experience with the 2 speakers or what you think about this upgrade.Is there a day and night difference between the 2 speakers?

This is likely to not be too helpful as I havn't heard the evo's, but I think the cm8s sound fantastic. Definitely worth an audition if you can get one. What kind of deal did you get?
Yippee. I got them a few hours ago and they are magical. Completely different from my Wharfedale fronts.bass is not hooky at all but very controlled. The midrange and highs are marvelous. Many people say B&W are very musical but not as good for movies but I'm finding them to be so great in both. I'm hearing sounds I never heard before in music and movies.They still need some running in as previous owner had them for about a month
