As if all of this 3D malarkey wasn't confusing enough, in the MSE forums, we then get people offering words of wisdom like these:

I am pretty sure you dont need a new 3D TV and "3D Blu Ray" to watch it in 3D

There have been 3D Blu Rays in the past and just work on normal TVs and they give you a couple 3D glasses. Dont know how well it works.

E.g. Latest Final Destination was 3D in cinema and a 3D version of it came out on DVD

Of course you could just buy a standard TV and train yourself to open and shut your eyes alternately. It would be almost as good, and you'd SAVE A FORTUNE!!!!

Don't be ripped off, etc...

All joking aside and moving back to the post I had a look on MSE and Tesco Entertainment has appeared with a 15% off code making it £12.74.
