I use my phone a lot to listen to music (iPhone) when travelling but have recently fallen victim the the latest iOS update disabling the ability to use my Dragonfly DAC.
I am pretty much done with Apple for that reason and am looking at changing my phone to potentially the Samsung S9 or, more likely, the Sony XZ2. Both will allow me to use the DAC and the Sony n particular is noted for its sound quality. I am looking forward to being able to listen to FLAC at full res on my phone without Apple dumbing it down.
However, I'm also curious as to how Bluetooth in ears perform if I decide to take that option so am looking for recommendations, please. I am aware that Bose and Sony make decent BT on ears but are there any Bluetooth IEMs that are really decent?
