Audioengine A5

Hello all,

I have got the ADM9s as may main system: they sound fantastic via the digital input. However, the system is quite expensive and I was wondering how the Audioengine A5 would perform in comparison using them with a squeezebox or airport express coupled with an external DAC? Could this be an acceptable secondary system? Has anyone tested this setup? Any thought will be appreciated.
