Audio Physic Classic On Wall

Hi all,

Anyone have experience with this speaker? I am installing a motorized projector screen and planning to have these speakers mounted on the wall BEHIND the screen. I dont have space to put a floorstander in fornt ot the screen.

Will run it with a Yamaha RXV2067 AV amp.

How is the performance of this speaker with regards to playing movies? Dont really care for musc reproduction..... just for movies.

They're German, and I doubt if many have heard this brand. Looking at their website, and the subwoofer range, they appear primarily to concentrate on Hi-Fi and not home cinema.

Yes they are primarily hifi speaker company. Quite impressive they are in that department. Hence, thats one of the reason I was thinking of this speakers for my AV set up.

Maybe I can put it in another way...

I just came back from a discussion with the screen installer. Placing the speakers behind the screen is no longer an option as I am not getting a perforated screen.

I basically only have 860 mm in height to place the speakers below the bottom of the screen.

If its not these speakers, any other recommendation?

What about in-wall speakers just underneath the screen?

I'm in a similar dilemma as yours. My projector screen would be in front of the fireplace, so no space for the centre channel. I'm thinking of having some motorized in-ceiling speakers:

Check Totem speakers - they do a number of on-wall speakers that sound very good
