Am I likely to get my replacement copy in the near future? I have contacted your office and told them the subscription is under Christine carswells name but all seems to have ground to a halt.
Any idea who you spoke to? Was it our subscription team or one of our editorial team? More than happy to send you out a copy myself if I had your details!
I did as you advised but got an email back suggesting that there was no subscription at that address in my name. I replied that the subscription was in my partners name and awaited my replacement copy. Needless to say it hasn't arrived. Perhaps a phone call would be more helpful in resolving this.
