Are Grados repairable?

Good Morning PP,

I'm sorry to learn to hear you've got a problem with a pair of Grado headphones. They can certainly be sorted out by our service department. Normally this would be done via the dealer you purchased them from. If you wish to send them directly back to us, please email my colleagues: service.admin@armourhome.co.uk who will send you details about how to do this.

Best regards,

Steve Reichert - PR Manager, Armour Home (Grado)

If the warranty is out of date and the problem is at the jack end, it's pretty simple to cut off the jack and solder a new one on the end. Almost certainly cheaper than a distributor repair, even if you have to buy a soldering iron, as you can get one for less than a fiver!
