Arcam rcube and spotify

I have had an ARCAM rCube for about a year and play music on it using an Ipod. This has no internet connection. I would like to play music via spotify on my tv. My tv doesn't have an internet connection as far as I'm aware. However it does have a usb port at the back.

My computer is in another room in my flat and it would be awkward if I had to choose music through the computer.

I do have a smart phone but not an Iphone.

Can anyone advise me what I need to buy so that I can use spoitify on my tv and play the music through my rcube?

Any advice at all will be much appreciated.
